Residential Dumpster Rental in Fort Wayne
A home project makes debris faster than any garage corner can hold it. FW Dumpster Rental delivers driveway-sized roll-off dumpsters across Fort Wayne's neighbourhoods — from Waynedale to Aboite, Georgetown to West Central — and hauls them away when the project ends.
No permit is needed on your own driveway, pricing is flat and published, and the rental runs a full 7 days so the project moves at your pace, not a junk crew's.
Sized for driveways, not depots
Residential work lives in the three smaller boxes: the 10-yard (about 12 feet long — fits a single-car driveway bay) for bathrooms and garage cleanouts, the 15-yard for kitchens and flooring, and the 20-yard for whole-home cleanouts and roofing. We set the container on boards on request to protect concrete and pavers, and we place it where you mark it — loading side toward the house, door swinging the way you want.
The projects Fort Wayne homeowners rent for
Kitchen and bathroom remodels, flooring tear-outs, basement and garage cleanouts before a move, fence and deck removals, storm cleanup, and the perennial 'we are finally doing the attic.' If it is more than a pickup-truck load or it will take more than a weekend, the dumpster is the cheaper tool — one delivery replaces a half-dozen landfill runs.
- Remodels and flooring
- Pre-move and downsizing cleanouts
- Deck, fence and shed tear-outs
- Storm and yard debris (no hazardous material)
Driveway rules and neighbours
Fort Wayne requires dumpsters to sit entirely on private property (§50.07) — a driveway complies, the street does not without a Right-of-Way permit. HOA rules are separate from city rules; if your association restricts containers, a 7-day rental timed to the work usually satisfies it, and the smaller boxes are the least obtrusive. Keep the lid line level — loads must sit below the top rail to be hauled.
Questions
Will a dumpster damage my driveway?
Placed carefully on a sound concrete or asphalt driveway, damage is uncommon; we offer boards under the container on request for older concrete, pavers or soft asphalt in summer heat. Tell us about the surface when you book.
Can the dumpster go in my yard or on gravel?
Usually yes, if the ground is firm and the truck can reach it. After heavy rain, soft ground may not support a loaded truck — we will talk through the spot on the call.
What if I fill it before the week is up?
Call for a swap: we bring an empty container and take the full one on the same visit where scheduling allows.
